1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the meatloaf-meatball mix, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onions, garlic, Parmesan, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
3. Form Mini Meatloaves: Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, creating 12 mini meatloaves.
4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
5. Glaze and Finish Baking: Remove from oven, spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Serve: Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
