  • 1 lb frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb Wahlburgers Ground Beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Wahlburgers Wahl Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. 1. Cook the Tater Tots: Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the tater tots. Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  2. 2. Cook the Ground Beef: While the tater tots are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Wahlburgers Ground Beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. Assemble the Loaded Tater Tots: Once the tater tots are crispy, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large, oven-safe serving dish or cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the tater tots. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. 4. Garnish and Serve: Remove the loaded tater tots from the oven. Drizzle Wahlburgers Wahl Sauce and dollop sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and pickled jalapeños, if using.
  5. 5. Serve Immediately: Serve the loaded tater tots hot, straight from the dish, as a hearty appetizer or a fun and indulgent main dish.
