- 1 lb Wahlburgers Signature Blend Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Optional: additional chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- 1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- 2. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Wahlburgers Ground Beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add Vegetables: Add the thinly sliced onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Combine with Sauce: Pour the prepared marinade over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is well absorbed and the beef is fully cooked.
- 5. Finish the Dish: Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Cook for another minute to combine all the flavors.
- 6. Serve: Serve the Ground Beef Bulgogi over cooked white rice. Garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
