1/2 cup BBQ sauce (preferably Wahlburgers BBQ Sauce)
2 cups onion strings, deep-fried
1. Prep the Onion Strings: If not using pre-made, slice one large onion into very thin rings, coat with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, and deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
2.Cook the Sliders: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliders with salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for well-done. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Wahlburgers American Cheese on each slider to melt.
3.Toast the Buns: Lightly butter the cut sides of the buns and toast them on the grill or in a skillet until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Assemble the Burgers: Spread BBQ sauce on both the bottom and top buns. Place the cheese-covered slider on the bottom bun. Top with a generous amount of crispy onion strings. Add additional garnishes like pickles or lettuce if desired. Cap with the top bun.
5. Serve: Serve the BBQ Crunch Master Cheeseburgers immediately while hot and juicy.
