Bacon Wrapped Cheesy Dates

- 12 dates, pitted
- 6 slices Wahlburgers bacon, cut in half
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or parsley), finely chopped for garnish
- Balsamic glaze or Honey for drizzling
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, blue cheese (if using), honey, and smoked paprika.
- 3. Carefully slit each date on one side to create an opening. Stuff each date with the cheese mixture.
- 4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of Wahlburgers bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- 5. Arrange the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- 7. Let cool slightly, then transfer to a serving platter.
- Optional: Garnish with finely chopped herbs and drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey.
